TokuGo Appoints Aubry Kessel to it's Board of Advisers to Lead Financial Strategy and Tokenomics for TokuCoinz (TKZ)
LONDON — October 24, 2025 — TokuGo AI Ltd has appointed Aubry Kessel as Adviser | Tokenemics joining the senior executive leadership team and reporting directly to the Founding Team. In this role, Kessel will oversee financial strategy, digital asset management, and the design of TokuGo’s tokenomics loyalty ecosystem — TokuCoinz, the core economic infrastructure of the platform’s spatial commerce model.

VP of Finance and Operations / Managing Director at Centrifuge — Led global financial operations for a leading Web3 platform specialising in Real World Asset (RWA) tokenisation, managing multi-currency treasuries (fiat, stablecoins, CFG token), major fundraising initiatives, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
Independent Web3 Finance Consultant — Advised early-stage and growth-phase blockchain ventures across DeFi, RWA, and digital asset accounting, designing treasury frameworks and tokenomics models to support liquidity and long-term sustainability.
CFO at Vaniday — Directed financial strategy for a global SaaS marketplace, driving operational efficiency and international expansion.
Finance Director at Industrial Securities Europe — Oversaw financial management for a $100M+ Pan-European investment fund, focused on logistics, real estate, and healthcare assets.
