Dr. Kennedy’s Role
As CTO, Dr. Kennedy will oversee all aspects of technology strategy, platform architecture, and product innovation. He will lead the integration of Quantum AI, AR immersive gaming experience, and Web3 tokenomics, ensuring TokuGo ᴬᴵ delivers a seamless and scalable infrastructure capable of supporting a global rollout.

Background
Dr. Kennedy holds a D.Phil. in Plasma Physics from Oxford University, where he received the Culham Thesis Prize, and dual Master’s degrees from Princeton University, supported by a Guggenheim Fellowship and a Royal Society of Edinburgh scholarship.
He is the Founder and CTO of Simul Software, where he developed simulation and rendering technologies widely adopted across gaming, VR, and enterprise applications. He also created Teleport VR, a spatial networking platform, and invented SimulCaster, a low-latency synchronisation engine that set new benchmarks for immersive multiplayer experiences.
